Disbursement is the money spend on behalf of client. It depends on factors like the purchase price, amount of mortgage and number of mortgage and certain other factors. We provide the most transparent and accurate account for disbursements.  There may be extra charges for the following: 

Title insurance mandatory requirement by the lender/bank;

Mortgage Instructions are not received on time and we have to rush the file;

If the buyer is getting first time home buyer incentive and additional mortgage has been registered ;

If the lender is not a financial institution;

If there are extra payout for sale transaction;
